When you pay for a purchase on our website and receive the message “Failed Payment,” it means our system is unable to charge your credit card.
So, even if you tried to pay 2 or 3 times and got the “Failed Payment” message, your credit card was NOT charged.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence the payment process.

- Choose PayPal instead of a credit card. PayPal payments are free for you; we cover all costs.
