If your practice test page looks frozen after you finish a test, this is not a system error. It’s a session timeout.
If you step away from a test and come back later, the system logs you out after a period of inactivity. The page may still look open and active, but your account is no longer connected. When you complete the test on a frozen page like this, your answers have nowhere to go, so no score appears.
What you see, “Results are being recorded,” is a standard message. It only works correctly when you’re logged in.
How to avoid this:
- After any break, refresh the page before continuing.
- If you’re prompted to log in, do that first, then retake the test.
- Complete each practice test in one sitting.
If your results didn’t record, retake the test while logged in and you’ll see your score right away.
