If this happens to you, please follow these suggestions:
- Choose PayPal instead of a credit card. You can use PayPal even if you don’t have an account with them. Here is how: https://help.onsego.com/article/364-use-paypal-without-an-account. PayPal payments are free for you; we cover all costs.
- Purchase a Onsego30 Gift Card.
- Use the prepaid American Express Bluebird debit card. You can add cash to this card at Walmart. It is accepted online.
Alternatively,
- Purchase the Amazon Gift card and send it to support@onsego30.com. Then send us an eGift code from Amazon, and we will activate your account manually.
