Practice Test marked my answer as incorrect

From time to time, we get reports from students who say that practice tests don’t record their correct answers. Usually, it happens when a student retakes the test.

Most of the time, this results from trying to replicate the correct answers from the previous attempt at taking the practice test.

This doesn’t work because Onsego30 practice tests display questions randomly. In other words, the question order differs every time students take the same practice test.

We advise students who have issues with incorrect answers to record their screens when taking the next practice test. This recording can be sent to us for analysis.

When preparing for your GED test with Onsego30’s fast-track course, you will see the Onsego logo and webpages. That’s because Onsego30 is part of the Onsego GED Online Prep System.

We recommend using free software called ScreenPal: https://screenpal.com/ for this purpose.

You can also schedule a Zoom session with us, and we will monitor our system when you take the practice test.
